Second Hot Flash-- I Hate These!
I should be counting my blessings that this was only number two, but OH. MY. GOD. These suck. My face was burning, I had a bag of ice from the freezer, and for a moment, I actually had my head in the freezer. Seriously? Is this necessary? What biological or evolutionary need does this satisfy?Labels: hot flashes, Menopause symptoms
